Ladies Leadership Series

Connect. Grow. Lead.

Join us for a two-part workshop series designed to build community, foster personal and professional leadership growth, and empower women to lead with confidence and clarity. Through thoughtful conversation, practical tools, and shared experience, these sessions will help you step more fully into your leadership—both in your own life and within your communities.

Whether you’re just beginning to see yourself as a leader or looking to deepen your impact, this series offers a supportive space to grow, reflect, and have fun along the way.

Workshop 1

The Resilient Leader:

Leading from Capacity and Clarity

October 14, 2026 12-2pm

Description:

Together we’ll explore practical ways to build resilience, recognize early indicators of stress, and create more capacity in our minds, bodies, and daily lives.

You’ll learn to identify the red flags that tell you when your stress is building—before it becomes overwhelm—and design a menu with sustainable tools for responding with greater awareness and choice. Through reflection, conversation, and practices, we’ll explore how to strengthen our capacity to navigate challenges while staying grounded and connected.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your own stress patterns, practical tools for regulating and restoring, and a personalized approach to creating more space, ease, and resilience in everyday life.

This workshop is for anyone looking to:

  • Recognize their personal red flags and early signs of stress
  • Build greater resilience and capacity for navigating change
  • Learn practical tools for grounding, regulation, and recovery
  • Create more spaciousness amid busy or demanding seasons
  • Develop sustainable practices that support well-being

Workshop 2

The Power of Alignment:

Leading from the Inside Out

October 28, 2026 12-2pm

Description:

What’s missing in your leadership? Maybe it’s more of YOU.

In this workshop, we’ll take a pause from the “to do lists” and pressures of everyday life to reconnect with what’s most important. We’ll explore our core values, clarify a compelling vision for how we want to live and lead, and identify where there may be gaps between what we say matters and where we’re actually investing our time, energy, and attention.

Through reflection, conversation, and practical exercises, participants will develop greater clarity about what they want to prioritize and how to make choices that are more intentionally aligned with their values and vision.

The goal isn’t to create a perfect plan or balance everything. It’s to build greater coherence between what matters most and how we live, work, and lead—so that our decisions feel more intentional, meaningful, and sustainable.

Participants will leave with:

  •  A clearer sense of their priorities and values
  • A personal vision to guide their choices
  • Practical strategies for creating greater alignment in both work and life.

Tell me what you plan to do with your one wild and precious life.
