Throughout the leadership course, I began to develop a healthier mindset about myself not only as a leader but as a human being. Since finishing her course, which has now been about 6 months, I still have the strongest, healthiest, most can-do-it mindset I’ve ever had my entire life!

Sarah has a background in leadership development. From coaching collegiate rowers to creating and implementing a leadership development program for Glacier National Park, Sarah loves to co-create an environment of curiosity, growth, challenge, and fun!

Certifications
Sarah has a certificate in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and is a certified trainer for Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), Lead Factor 4 Psychological Safety, and Barrett Values. She is also a certified mindfulness facilitator through The Calm Monkey.
